There should be no big problem. Turn the water off, flip up the plastic
cover, remove the Phillips screw. Lift the assembly off. Now you will see a
clip; pull it out. Lift the cartridge out of the housing. In the cartridge
you will find a couple of O-rings. Go to the Home Depot, with the cartridge
in hand. They should GIVE you new pieces! Moen is guaranteed for life.
Hunter, you frighten me with the frost. I left my trailer in Lake Park  GA
without winterizing it until I return in February...UH OH!
