[a/s] 27' Rear bath?

I hope folks aren't getting tired of my constant postings, but I don't want
to make a serious error in judgment by buying the wrong trailer.   I have
read in several areas on the internet about the "sagging" problem with the
70's rear bath models.  Would a '71 27' rear bath model be prone to this
problem, or was it just the longer models?

p.s. I've come to the conclusion that the '26 1971 I'm going to look at is
actually a 1971 27' by the floorplan he described.
